Tirzepatide Injection Guide

• Tirzepatide Vials: 10mg, 15mg, 20mg, or 30mg
• Bacteriostatic Water: 3ml or 5ml vials
• Syringes: Not included; purchase 3ml syringes online

• 10mg – add 1ml bacteriostatic water
• 15mg – add 1.5ml bacteriostatic water
• 20mg – add 2ml bacteriostatic water
• 30mg – add 3ml bacteriostatic water

Swirl gently until fully dissolved. Do not shake.

• 2.5mg – 0.25ml from 10mg vial
• 5mg – 0.5ml from 20mg vial
• 7.5mg – 0.75ml from 30mg vial
• 10mg – 1ml (30mg) + 1ml (10mg)
• 12.5mg – 1.25ml (30mg) + 1.25ml (20mg)
• 15mg – 1.5ml from two 30mg vials

Inject subcutaneously in the belly, thigh, or upper arm. Rotate injection sites each time.

• Powder: Refrigerate at 36–46°F (2–8°C), use within 18 months
• Mixed Solution: Refrigerate at 36–46°F (2–8°C), use within 28 days, do not freeze
