Services and Process
How Does Iris Vitality Work?
We provide a streamlined telehealth experience. Begin by completing a medical intake form. A US-licensed physician will review your markers, and if appropriate, your medication will be authorized and shipped directly to you every 30, 60, or 90 days.
Are Video Visits Required?
No, our providers review your information entirely online through our secure portal. If prescribed, you’ll have unlimited access to message your care team for follow-ups and titration questions.
Do I Need to Start at the Lowest Dose?
No. Simply inform your clinical provider about your previous titration history, and we can facilitate continuity at the appropriate dosage level based on medical necessity.
Medications and Science
What Medications Are Typically Prescribed?
We specialize in authorising Semaglutide or Tirzepatide protocols. These are clinical-grade GLP-1 and GIP agonists customized to your unique biological health profile.
What Are GLP-1 Hormones?
GLP-1 is a hormone that regulates blood sugar and appetite. Our protocols mimic these naturally occurring hormones to reset your metabolic biological set point.
How Do They Support Weight Loss?
Semaglutide mimics GLP-1 to control hunger; Tirzepatide is a dual-agonist mimicking both GLP-1 and GIP for a more robust biological reset.
What are the Possible Side Effects?
Common effects include nausea, fatigue, or mild GI adjustments. Our providers manage titration carefully. See the official FDA label for info.
What is the Expected Weight Loss?
Clinical trials show ~15% weight reduction for semaglutide and ~22.5% for tirzepatide over 12 months. Results vary based on metabolism.
How Long Do I Take the Medication?
This depends on your metabolic goals. We transition patients through titration, momentum, and maintenance phases for long-term stability.
How to Choose a Medication?
Our clinicians authorize a protocol based on history. Semaglutide is a standard single-pathway agonist; Tirzepatide is a dual-pathway agonist.
Where are the medications produced?
All protocols are fulfilled exclusively by U.S. State Board of Pharmacy licensed pharmacies under rigorous sterile compounding standards.
