Accepted Payment Methods
- Credit & Debit Cards — Visa, MasterCard, and American Express
- PayPal — Guest checkout available; no account required
- Digital Wallets — Google Pay and Apple Pay on compatible devices
Insurance is not accepted at this time. Iris is direct-pay, which keeps pricing transparent and avoids insurance denials.
PayPal Guest Checkout
- Click the secure payment link in your confirmation email or SMS
- Select "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" at checkout
- Enter your payment details accurately — billing address must match your card records
- Click "Pay Now" to complete
No PayPal account is required for this payment method.
Accurate Information Entry
- Card number — Enter 16 digits without spaces
- Expiration — MM/YY format (e.g., 12/26)
- CVV security code — 3 digits (4 for American Express)
- Billing address — Must match your banking records exactly
Mismatched billing information is the most common reason for authorization failures. Double-check before submitting.
Mobile Wallet Payment
For faster checkout, select your wallet at payment:
- Google Pay — Available on Android devices with registered cards
- Apple Pay — Use Face ID or Touch ID on iPhone, iPad, or Mac
Both methods encrypt your card details — we never see the full card number.
After Payment
- You'll receive an immediate payment confirmation email
- PayPal will send a separate receipt to your account email
- Your assessment enters our physician review queue
- A physician will review within 12 hours
Check your spam folder if you don't see the email. Reply to confirm delivery if needed.
