Terms of Service.

Iris Vitality provides telehealth weight management services, including physician consultations, pharmaceutical recommendations, and clinical protocols delivered through our secure digital platform.

Iris Vitality is not an emergency medical service. For medical emergencies, immediately contact emergency services or your local hospital.

All clinical recommendations are made at the sole discretion of the assigned physician. Physicians may decline treatment or recommend alternative therapies.

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use Iris Vitality services. By enrolling, you represent that you meet these requirements.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during enrollment and throughout your treatment. Misrepresentation may result in service termination.

You acknowledge that you are in good health and capable of participating in weight management therapy. Certain medical conditions may disqualify you from enrollment.

Payment is due upon enrollment. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and authorized payment methods. Prices and payment terms are subject to change with notice.

If you enroll in recurring medication cycles, you authorize automatic billing on your payment method. You may cancel at any time to stop future charges.

Refunds are subject to our Clinical Governance Protocol. Please refer to that document for complete refund eligibility and procedures.

You agree to follow all prescribed clinical protocols, including dosing schedules, follow-up appointments, and health monitoring requirements.

You acknowledge that medications must be taken as prescribed. Iris Vitality is not liable for outcomes resulting from non-compliance or misuse.

You agree to monitor and report any adverse reactions, changes in health status, or concerns to our clinical team immediately.

Iris Vitality's services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Results vary by individual, and weight loss or therapeutic outcomes are not guaranteed.

Iris Vitality's liability is limited to the amount you paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Iris Vitality physicians are licensed healthcare providers. However, nothing in these services constitutes medical advice that supersedes your primary care physician's recommendations.

All health information is protected under HIPAA and our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your health data to third parties.

Your clinical records, payment information, and personal data are encrypted and stored securely. Access is restricted to authorized clinical staff.

Health records are retained for 7–10 years post-treatment, as required by federal regulations. Upon request, you may arrange secure data destruction.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. No cancellation penalties apply; only future charges will be stopped.

We may suspend or terminate your account for non-compliance with these terms, including chargeback disputes, fraudulent activity, or violations of clinical protocols.

Upon termination, your access ends immediately. Remaining balances are non-refundable unless specified in our refund policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except for disputes regarding intellectual property or account suspension.
