We serve all genders. To use our services, you must be over 21, reside in a state where our services are available, and have a medically justified need for treatment. Your physician will evaluate your case during the assessment phase.

How does Iris Vitality work?
Complete our clinical intake assessment. A US-licensed physician will review your information, and if appropriate, your medication will be prepared and mailed directly to you. You'll have ongoing messaging access to your provider for titration support.
Are video visits required?
No. Our physicians review your assessment entirely online. If prescribed, you'll have unlimited online access to message your provider during your treatment. All communication is HIPAA-secured.
What starting dose will I receive?
Most patients start at 2.5mg, adjusted monthly based on your clinical response and tolerance. Your physician sets the titration schedule, starting low and increasing over weeks to minimize side effects while maximizing efficacy.
Where are medications produced?
Medications are produced in State Board of Pharmacy licensed sterile compounding pharmacies (503A) or FDA-registered Outsourcing Facilities under strict pharmaceutical oversight and quality control standards.
What are the common side effects?
Common effects include nausea, fatigue, constipation, or reduced appetite — most noticeable after dose increases and typically settling within 1-2 weeks. Your physician will manage these proactively through titration pacing and lifestyle adjustments.
What is the refund policy?
Refunds are available within 30 days from the date of payment for eligible clinical orders. If you don't qualify after physician review, there is no assessment fee. Contact support for specific details.
Can I cancel or pause anytime?
Yes, cancel or pause anytime without fees or questions asked. Cancellation applies after your current fulfilled order is complete. Your physician remains available for follow-up while you decide.
